Facility Services provides a full suite of services to keep the university running smoothly. Saddle Peak was brought on to help customize and deploy a Workplace Management Solution (WMS/CMMS) from AssetWorks. Starting with training end-users, SPT assisted in defining workflow, writing action codes to facilitate process, and creating reports for management. AiM, the AssetWorks product, now enables the university to have a mobile and web solution to manage the inventory, purchasing, construction execution, trade management, and work distribution.
